  • Yes. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in original condition. Furniture and large items must be requested for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Furniture and large items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval. To qualify: Items must be unused and unassembled Returned in original packaging In resale condition A 15–30% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. For large furniture, return freight costs can be significant and are deducted before refund processing if arranged through us.
  • Yes. All returns must be securely placed back in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns without proper packaging.
  • The following are not covered: Damage occurring after delivery Normal wear and tear Assembly-related damage Improper installation or wall mounting Exposure to weather Natural wood grain variation
  • Lead times vary by product. Many pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Estimated timelines are provided on each product page. Delivery timelines may vary based on production and transit schedules.
  • Availability depends on product and region. For bespoke or project orders outside Canada, please contact us directly.
  • Assembly and installation after delivery are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using appropriate tools and fixings suitable for your wall or flooring type. Some items require light assembly, such as attaching legs or hardware. Wall-mounted or structural pieces should be installed by qualified professionals.
