We offer two levels of customisation for select furniture pieces, allowing you to personalise details or create something more tailored to your space.

Two Levels of Customization

  • Based on an existing design. You can: Change fabric or wood finish, Select alternative hardware, Choose a different leg design, and Request minor dimensional adjustments (within tolerance)
  • For significant changes or new designs. This level allows: New designs or major structural changes, Submitting sketches, concepts, or reference images. Bespoke development reviewed for feasibility and timeline.

Bespoke orders are final sale • No cancellations/changes after confirmation • No returns/exchanges except verified manufacturing defects • Claims require photo evidence and must be submitted promptly

Typical dispatch: 8–16 weeks (varies by complexity and production queue).

Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Canada: CAD, taxes vary by province • U.S.: USD, sales tax varies by state • Quotes are time-limited

Payment: 100% non-refundable full payment is required to commence production.
