At Avivra, we create solid wood furniture designed to last. Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made-to-order, while select items are available for faster delivery. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process and timelines.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • European Union

(Some remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time or surcharges.)


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched


Estimated Delivery Timeline

Standard Furniture (In Stock)

  • 5–10 business days

  • Delivery time may vary depending on location and country

Made-to-Order & Handcrafted Furniture

  • Estimated Delivery: 8–14 weeks

  • Each piece is crafted individually and delivered with care


Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to production demand, freight scheduling, customs processing, or external factors


Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or clearly displayed on the product page

  • Oversized or heavy items may include freight surcharges

USA & Canada

  • Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout or charged upon delivery

European Union

  • Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees depending on the destination country

  • These charges are not included unless explicitly stated

  • The customer is responsible for any applicable import costs


Delivery Method

Furniture is delivered via freight or specialized carriers:

  • Curbside or threshold delivery only

  • Delivery is made to the ground-floor entrance

Not included:

  • Inside delivery

  • Assembly or installation

  • Packaging removal


Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Provide accurate shipping details (address & phone number)

  • Ensure access for delivery vehicles

  • Be available for delivery scheduling if required

Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional fees.


Tracking & Delivery Coordination

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order ships

  • Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment


Delays & International Shipping

Delays may occur due to:

  • High production demand

  • Freight carrier scheduling

  • Weather or seasonal disruptions

  • Customs inspections or port congestion (for international orders)

We will keep you informed if significant delays occur.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If Visible Damage Exists

  • Note it on the delivery receipt before signing

  • Take clear photos

For Concealed Damage or Missing Parts

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos

  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.


Important Notes on Handcrafted Furniture

  • Variations in wood grain, tone, and texture are natural

  • Minor differences are part of the handcrafted process

  • These are not considered defects
