Assembly & Installation Policy

Certain furniture items sold by Avivra Home require customer assembly, installation, wall-mounting, levelling, or attachment of components such as legs, handles, brackets, or fixings.

Customer Responsibility

Once an item has been delivered without transit damage, all assembly, installation, and mounting become the responsibility of the customer. Avivra Home does not provide on-site installation services or structural assessments.

Professional Installation

For wall-mounted or surface-secured furniture, we strongly recommend using a qualified professional installer. Wall types and structural conditions vary, and customers are responsible for selecting appropriate fixings and installation methods.

Installation & Wall-Mounting Disclaimer

Damage or failure caused by:

  • Incorrect assembly

  • Improper tools or fixings

  • Incompatible wall or surface types

  • Over-tightening, misalignment, or forced assembly

is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Levelling & Placement

Minor levelling or adjustment may be required depending on flooring or surface conditions. Damage caused by dragging, forcing, or improper levelling is not covered.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Items damaged during or after assembly

  • Incorrectly assembled or partially assembled items

  • Items assembled and then dismantled

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation

  • Wall-mounted items used for climbing, standing, or load-bearing beyond intended use

Evidence Requirement

If a concern is raised, customers may be required to provide photos or videos of:

  • The item prior to assembly

  • Assembly stages

  • Installation method and fixings used

Claims indicating incorrect assembly or installation will be declined.
